Jason Barhydt oversees all aspects of development and production for the company. He currently oversees the company’s feature film slate, and television slate, including a TV adaptation of Neil Strauss’ nonfiction book Emergency: This Book Will Save Your Life; as well as The Huntress book series.
Prior to joining Tucker Tooley Entertainment, Barhydt served as EVP of Production at Relativity Media, helping to build up the production group under Relativity President Tucker Tooley, and to transform it into a full-fledged independent studio. He was the production exec on Dear John, The Fighter which earned seven Oscar nominations and won two, Immortals, Limitless, and Haywire, as well as Hunter Killer and Den of Thieves.
Prior to Relativity, Barhydt worked with producer Matt Weaver of MediaWeaver Entertainment where he helped develop the long-running Broadway hit show Rock of Ages. He began his career at Brillstein Grey.
